Lance Liljeqvist

Lance brings over thirty years of experience in strategic branding & market development across a broad spectrum of industries and category sectors. Lance has developed branding strategies that have been deployed around the globe by Fortune 500 companies. These companies include Behr Paints, Kimberly Clark, AutoZone, Miles, Laticrete, RPM and Monsanto. The results have yielded sales growth, iconic products and brands recognized internationally.

 

Lance can provide a point-of-view on the European market with its multiple and overlapping Home Centers and the opportunities and challenges they present to entry. European clients have included Raaco, Karcher, Akzo Nobel and Joubert. Lance has participated in international forums including the International Hardware Fair / Practical World held in Köln Germany and the Global DIY Summit.

Jack Leary

Jack has an accomplished and diverse background. He held key leadership positions in consumer products, manufacturing and retail industries. Jack brings thirty years of sales and marketing experience consulting to Fortune 500 companies such as P&G, Black & Decker, DuPont, GE, Trane, Masco, and The Home Depot. The initiatives Jack developed are widely recognized for the significant return produced for each company.

 

Jack specializes in developing innovative marketing solutions derived from the target end user’s perspective. He has developed and introduced comprehensive go-to-market strategies that facilitate introduction or repositioning of categories. He helps clients translate information into grounded business strategies that are actionable, mitigate risk, and improve their return on investment.

Paul Feuerstein

Paul Is a sales and marketing professional with thirty years experience. His focus is new product innovation and market launches into North America's premiere retailers. At Scott Paper Company, he developed and introduced display systems to drive impulse sales and brand loyalty and led Scott's entry into the warehouse club channel.  

 

At Kimberly-Clark, Paul led their $140 million Home Professional Business, overseeing more than 30 new products launches in retail automotive, paint & hardware and mass merchandiser channels. Most recently he led Kimberly-Clark's global industrial business, driving product innovation, brand positioning and commercial programs for K-C's global aerospace, automotive and manufacturing segments.

 

Giorgio Boero

With over thirty years of international experience in financial compliance and operations. Giorgio provides proven management and leadership capabilities, expertise in change management, re-engineering and performance measurement.

Giorgio has served lead roles in private equity being CFO of TCW/LAPE a $250 million private equity fund specializing in Latin American middle market companies. His skills include fundraising, valuations, acquisitions, mergers, company integration, business plan development and monitoring of portfolio companies.

Giorgio’s career extended into banking. He was a Vice-President and Manager at Westpac, the US subsidiary of a $90.0 billion international bank. He was transferred to New York to head the Information and Technology group. From 1982 to 1985 Giorgio was the Controller of the Bank of Argentina – San Francisco.
